Thames Wide Group provides specialist driver staffing solutions across the UK and Europe, including recruitment and placement of fully qualified drivers (bus, coach, HGV, LGV, private hire, and corporate travel), emergency, temporary, seasonal, and long-term contract staffing, compliance checks, licence verification, DBS screening, medical assessments, and support for operators to ensure smooth workforce integration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
Users must be at least 18 years old to use our website. You agree to use the website lawfully and not engage in activities that could damage or impair its functionality. Unauthorized access, misuse of data, or interference with our systems is strictly prohibited.
All drivers supplied by Thames Wide Group are fully vetted, qualified, and compliant with UK and European legal requirements. Placement is subject to driver availability, client requirements, and compliance checks. We do not guarantee specific drivers for any assignment; however, we aim to provide the most suitable match based on your requirements.
Operators agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding assignments and operational requirements, ensure a safe and lawful working environment for all drivers, and comply with applicable UK and European transport laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Fees for services will be agreed in advance and outlined in the contract or service agreement. Payment is due according to the terms stated in the invoice. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services until payment is received.
Thames Wide Group ensures drivers comply with all regulatory, legal, and safety requirements. Operators are responsible for ongoing monitoring of site-specific safety requirements. We shall not be liable for incidents arising from operator negligence or failure to provide a safe working environment.
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of personal data for operational, legal, and compliance purposes.
Thames Wide Group provides services in good faith but shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from driver placements. Our liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the relevant service provided.
We may terminate services immediately if the operator breaches these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity is detected, or safety or compliance risks are identified. Operators or drivers may terminate services by providing notice as agreed in the service contract.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
